Limit changes against hidden exposure
An agent raises a credit limit without seeing exposure held elsewhere. Coco checks total exposure first.
Solutions
Coco checks each agent action against your rules and the live customer record before it reaches your core banking system.
Core banking exposes clean APIs. What decides whether an action is correct sits elsewhere, in customer records, exposure and compliance status. None of it appears in the call the agent makes. An agent starts a workflow on an active account. Partway through, the account is frozen. The next instruction reaches the core as a valid call and executes.
Coco sits between the agent and your core. At the moment of action, Coco checks the live account state against your rules and blocks the instruction if the account no longer allows it. Every decision is recorded with the rule and the account state Coco used. APRA expects oversight of AI systems. CPS 230 is a binding standard and sets the operational risk obligations around them. Coco produces the enforcement record supporting those obligations.
