Before a customer is approved, declined or refreshed, Coco checks for open screening hits and outstanding documents, plus the review the risk rating requires. If the case isn’t ready to close, the decision is held and goes to your analyst with the reason. Coco keeps an independent record of each decision, the rule applied and the case state at the time.
